These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern participation in the Efirbet Soccer Zonke game (“the Game”). By registering and taking part in the Game, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
The Game is owned and operated by Websa Ltd., a company registered in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, operating the website Efirbet.com.
1. Eligibility & Registration Requirements
1.1. Participation in the Game is free of charge.
1.2. To register, each player must provide:
- Full name (first and last name)
- Valid mobile number
- Valid email address
- An active account at Wise
1.3. Each participant must be of legal age to take part in games of chance, according to the laws of their country of residence. By registering, you confirm that you are legally permitted to participate.
1.4. The Game is offered only in countries where online betting and games of chance are legal. It is the sole responsibility of the player to ensure compliance with their local legislation.
1.5. A maximum of three (3) player accounts per IP address is permitted. Each account must be linked to a unique, valid mobile number.
2. Game Rules
2.1. Each week, participants must predict the outcome (1 = home win, X = draw, 2 = away win) of 10 pre-selected soccer matches (“the Slip”).
2.2. Predictions must be submitted no later than Wednesday.
2.3. Once submitted, entries are locked and cannot be modified.
2.4. Players may choose to insure up to two matches in a Slip, using Soccer Zonke Points (SZPs) collected through previous performance in the Game.
2.5. Match cancellations:If exactly 1 match is cancelled or postponed, abandoned, or interrupted beyond the control of the Organizer or participants, it will be excluded from the Slip. In this case:
Participants who correctly predict all of the remaining 9 matches will be entitled to the full grand prize.
Participants who correctly predict 8 out of the originally scheduled 10 matches will still receive 50 SZPs, as normally awarded under the standard rules.
If more than 1 match is cancelled or postponed within the same weekly Game, the Slip will be declared void for prediction purposes. In this case:
The R5000 weekly prize will be distributed by random draw (RNG lottery) among all eligible participants of that week.
No SZPs will be awarded for that week.
Example A: One match is cancelled. A participant predicts all 9 of the remaining matches correctly. → This player wins the R5000 grand prize (or share if multiple winners).
Example B: One match is cancelled. A participant predicts 8 out of the original 10 matches correctly. → This player receives 50 SZPs, as per standard rules.
Example C: Two matches are cancelled in the same week. → The weekly Slip is declared void. The R5000 prize is distributed by random draw among participants, and no SZPs are awarded.
Example D: No match is cancelled. A participant predicts 9 out of 10 matches correctly. → This player receives 100 SZPs.
Example E: No participant predicts all 10 matches correctly in a week without cancellations. → The R5000 prize is distributed by random draw among participants.
3. Prizes
3.1. The weekly nominal prize pool is R5000 (five thousand South African rand). Prizes are paid via Wise, converted according to the exchange rate at the time of payout.
3.2. The Organizer is not responsible for any additional fees, charges, or deductions applied by Wise or any third-party financial service provider.
3.3. The grand prize is awarded to the player(s) who correctly predict all outcomes required in the Slip, as determined under Rule 2 (including provisions regarding cancelled matches).
3.4. If more than one participant achieves the winning score, the grand prize is shared equally among them.
3.5. If no participant achieves the maximum score required for that week’s Slip, the prize is distributed via a random draw (RNG lottery) among all participants who submitted valid entries for that week.
3.6. Additional rewards (Soccer Zonke Points – SZPs):
9/10 correct predictions → 100 SZPs
8/10 correct predictions → 50 SZPs
SZPs are accumulated in the player’s account and may be used for Bet Insurance in future Slips.
3.7. Prizes are paid within 7 (seven) days of the winners being announced on our Soccer Zonke Winners page.
4. Abuse & Fraud Prevention
4.1. Each player may only operate their own account. Multiple accounts under the same identity are prohibited.
4.2. If a participant provides an invalid mobile number, their prize will be automatically cancelled.
4.3. If a participant edits or changes their mobile number, all winnings accumulated during the current Game week will be void.
4.4. Websa Ltd. reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity. In cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these T&Cs, Websa Ltd. may, at its sole discretion:
- Cancel the prize(s) for the current week, or
- Permanently block the IP address from further participation.
5. Marketing & Communications
5.1. By registering for the Game, you consent to:
- Receiving marketing messages by email, SMS, and other communication channels.
- Being added to official Efirbet social and messaging channels (including WhatsApp) related to the Game.
5.2. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time, but operational messages (e.g., prize notifications) cannot be opted out of.
6. Liability & Disclaimers
6.1. Websa Ltd. will ensure fair operation of the Game and timely prize payouts.
6.2. Websa Ltd. is not responsible for:
- Technical failures, internet disruptions, or system errors beyond its control.
- Losses caused by providing false or invalid contact details.
- Local restrictions that prevent a participant from legally joining the Game.
6.3. The Organizer (Efirbet) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify, suspend, or permanently block any user if evidence or reasonable suspicion arises of rule violations, fraudulent activity, or any attempt to manipulate the Game as described in these Terms and Conditions.
7. Complaints & Contact Information
7.1. Any complaints, bug reports, or prize-related claims must be submitted via the official contact channels:

7.2. Websa Ltd. will review and respond to complaints within a reasonable period.
8. Amendments
8.1. Websa Ltd. reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be published on the Efirbet website.
8.2. Continued participation in the Game after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised T&Cs.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Bulgarian courts.
10. Data Protection & Privacy
10.1. Websa Ltd. collects and processes personal data (such as name, email, phone number, IP address, and payout method details) solely for the purpose of operating the Game and fulfilling prize obligations.
10.2. Data is processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.
10.3. Personal data will not be shared with third parties, except:
- Payment processors (Wise) for prize payouts
- Technology partners strictly necessary for the operation of the Game
- Legal authorities if required by law
10.4. Data will be retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described in these T&Cs.
10.5. Players have the right to:
- Request access to their personal data
- Request correction or deletion of data
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications
- File a complaint with a data protection authority
