Hello! My name is Nayden Panayotov, and I am a Content Manager at Websa. I have 13 years of professional experience in digital content creation and management, and a large part of my career has been connected to the iGaming sector.
I have been part of Websa since 2020, where I am responsible for planning and managing content for casino and betting products. I work on both Bulgarian and international Websa projects, including Efirbet.com.
What My Work as a Content Manager Includes
As a Content Manager, my main responsibility is to plan content and organise the entire creation process – from the initial research of a topic to handing the completed material over to the next stage of the workflow.
When preparing new content, I research the operators and products we plan to cover on the website. For casino-related topics, this often includes reviewing and testing the platform itself, checking current promotions and their terms, licences, payment methods and other features that are important to players.
Based on the information I gather, I determine what the material needs to include and prepare a structured brief for the writer. It outlines the main topics, the questions the article needs to answer, the required sources, and any specific features that need to be reviewed and tested.
The next step is to assign tasks and monitor their progress according to the established priorities and deadlines. Part of my role is to maintain a consistent workflow and coordinate the tasks so that each individual piece of content supports the wider goals of the project.
My Practical Experience in iGaming
Before focusing primarily on content management, I spent more than five years actively working as a writer.
I mainly wrote reviews of online casinos and slot games, but I also have experience with bookmaker platform reviews and other types of betting content.
I have a strong understanding of the structure and core components of iGaming platforms – bonuses and promotions, their terms of use, payment methods, responsible gambling tools, licences and casino products. This allows me to prepare more specific briefs with clear and useful information and provide writers with precise instructions.
Experience in Project Management
In addition to my experience as a writer and Content Manager, I also spent two years working as a Project Manager.
In this role, I managed a team of writers, designers and developers, while my main responsibility was building websites from the ground up – from the initial planning and structure to coordinating the different stages of implementation.
I consider this experience especially valuable in my current role at Efirbet. It helps me view content as part of a larger product and plan my work around the dependencies between content, design, development and the other processes involved in the project.
Professional Experience
My professional experience in online content began in the iGaming sector in 2013 at Lucky Labz. Until 2019, I worked on projects such as free-spins.com and free-bets.com, where I held several different roles – Content Writer, Head of English Department and Project Manager.
This period gave me practical experience not only in creating iGaming content, but also in organising the work of writers and coordinating different projects.
Between 2019 and 2020, I worked as a Content Manager at Inbound Junction.
Since 2020, I have been working as a Content Manager at Websa, where my main focus is on researching, planning and managing content for different projects, including Efirbet.
Education
I graduated from First Language School in Varna in 2006.
In 2018, I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Veliko Tarnovo University “St. Cyril and St. Methodius”.
Over the years, my professional path has gradually led me towards iGaming content and content management. Today, I combine practical knowledge of gambling products with my experience in writing, planning, organisation and content management.
