Types of football bets

  • Full-time result – here you can choose among three options – win of the one team, draw or win of the other team. Keep in mind that this bet is valid only during the normal match time.
  • Double chance – you have the opportunity to ensure your stake, by choosing two of the three options. They are a win of the home team or a draw, win of the guest team or a draw, win of the home team or win of the guest team.
  • To progress further in a tournament – this bet is possible when for example there is a match from the Champions league or a match for the cup of a particular country. Usually, it is offered when the winner is determined in two meetings and has the chance to classify further in the tournament.
  • Halftime result – you have the chance to predict how the first 45 minutes of the game will turn out. Whether the home team will score more or the guest team will score more or if there will be a draw.
  • Goals – you predict the sum of the goals in the match. You can place bets over and under a certain number of goals.
  • Halftime goals – you predict the sum of the goals only for the first half. You bet on under or over a certain number of goals.
  • Both team to score – you have two options here- yes or no. If you think that both teams will score at least one goal during the match, you bet on YES. If you think that only one team will score, or that neither of them will score, then you bet on NO.
  • Draw no bet – you have two options in which you bet for one of the two teams to win the game. If there is a draw, your betting amount returns to your account.
  • Correct score – you have the chance to bet on the exact score with which you think the game will end.
  • Corners in the match – you have three betting options: Over a certain number of corners in the match, under specific numbers of corners, or the exact number of corners in the match. This bet is valid only for the usual time of the match.
  • Goal scorer or Anytime goal scorer – you have the chance to bet on an individual player from both teams who you think will score anytime during the match.
  • First goal scorer – whoever you think will score the first goal in the match.
  • Next goal scorer – you bet on the player that will score the next goal in the match.
  • Score two or more – you bet on the player who you think will score two or more goals in the match.
  • Hat trick scorer – you bet on a player who you think will score a hat trick (at least three goals in the match).
  • Number of cards – two betting options – Over and Under a certain number of cards during the match, no matter of the cards are red or yellow.
  • Goals – Even/Odd – you bet on the sum of the goals – whether it will be an even or odd number.
  • Handicap result – you have the chance to give a virtual advantage to some of the teams via Handicap or to bet on a Handicap draw, again by providing a lead to some of the teams, usually to the outsider. For example, if you have bet Handicap Draw +1 for Bordeaux vs Lyon and the final result is 1-0 for Lyon, then your bet is a winning one because you have predicted a draw final Handicap result by giving +1 goal for Bordeaux, 1-1 Handicap result.
  • First half / Final result – you bet on how the first half will end and what the final result will be. You have to guess both in one bet. You have many options, that are, of course, a certain number. For example the first-half draw and win for the home team at the end of the 90 minutes (X/1).
  • Asian Handicap – you have to options for placing bets – for one of the teams to win the match with absolute advantage. The most significant benefit of betting on Asian Handicap is that you ensure your bet if the match results in a draw.
  • For example: You bet on Asian Handicap for Ajax (0,-0.5) with odds of 1.5 and the amount of the bet of 100 EUR. Let’s suppose that Ajax plays with Utrecht. To win the entire profit, which in this case is 150 EUR, Ajax has to win the match at least with one goal difference. If there is a draw, half of the betting amount returns into your account and thus you only lose 50 EUR. Of course, if Utrecht wins, you lose the entire betting amount. In another article, you can learn what Asian Handicap is and the different types.
  • Goal line – you bet on Over or Under a certain number of goals in the match. Like the Asian Handicap, here you will see lines Over (0.5, 1) or Under (1, 1.5). The idea is the same as with Asian Handicap, but let’s give an example: You bet 50 EUR on a specific match, Goal Line Under (1, 1.5) with odds of 2. If the match result is 0-0, you get 100 EUR. However, if the match result is 1-0 for one of the teams, then you will get half of the betting amount. In other words, you have two bets – 25 euro on Under 1 and another 25 euro on Under 1.5. If the result is 1-0 the Under 1.5 bet is a winning one, and you get only 25 x 2, 50 euro, and the remaining 25 go back into your account, which makes a total amount of 75 euro.
  • Asian Corners – you bet guessing the number of corners in the match. You do not have the option to bet on a certain number of corners, but you have two options: Under and over a certain number. For example, if you bet on Asian corners Over 14, and at the end of the game there were exactly 14 corners, then the amount of your bet returns into your account.

You can take advantage of many in-play betting options

Here are some of them:

  • Time of scoring a goal for a team – the idea is the same as the one in Time of scoring a goal, however, here you bet on whether there will be or will be not a goal scored by a particular team before a certain minute.
  • Next 10 minutes – you bet Over or Under whether a certain event will happen in the next 10 minutes of the match, as the minutes specified: 0 to 10 min., from 10 to 20 min. Of the match and so on until the end. The events could be corners, cards, goals, free kicks, touches, outs.
